01 / 04 · Clarity in Complexity

We make sure you get paid for the work you already did.

The part of the practice that doesn't show up at the bedside — the notes, the claims, the back-and-forth — quietly eats your margin. Fluent makes that part legible. You keep the practice.

$349 per provider per month after the first month. Cancel any time.

01 / 04 · A relief moment, captured the second time it happened.
The work was already done. The check finally arrives.

Three things that change. Within the first ten claims.

Not minutes saved. Not a tidier inbox. Revenue that was already yours, plus the time and attention to spend it on the work that drew you to medicine.

You get paid for the work you already did.

No new effort. No new workflow. The revenue you should already be earning, showing up in the first claim cycle.

Mornings stop being a denial queue.

You don't open Monday with a worklist of rejected claims. By the time you're back in the chair, the day is already clear.

The team stops chasing closed work.

Billing follow-ups, appeal letters, the endless re-coding — the long tail nobody enjoys. Fluent closes it before it opens.

02 / 04 · How it works

From signed up to first paid claim — a few days, not a project.

No migration. No rip-and-replace. No quarterly KPI committee. You sign up, and the practice is already different by the end of the week.

  1. 01 / 04 · step

One signature, one onboarding call. We're inside the practice within the day.

  2. 02 / 04 · step

    We learn how you work

Quietly, in the background. No new login screen for the team, no migration project for the EHR.

  3. 03 / 04 · step

    The notes complete themselves

You speak. The chart fills in. You sign. The provider stays in the room with the patient, not the keyboard.

  4. 04 / 04 · step

    The check arrives

Revenue that was always yours — finally showing up in the bank, on time, without the back-and-forth.

    The work was already done.

Frequently asked.

Is patient data protected?
Yes. Fluent Labs is HIPAA-compliant by design. All PHI is encrypted at rest (AES-256, AWS KMS) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). We sign a BAA with every practice before onboarding, and we hold BAAs with every sub-processor that touches PHI. The audit log is immutable and per-practice row-level-security is enforced in the database.
Do I have to change EHRs?
No. Fluent works alongside what you already use. Your team's logins, workflows, and screens stay exactly as they are. If anything's unusual, we adapt during onboarding — not after.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You own it. We export a structured archive of your notes and claim history within 48 hours of cancellation. Anything we learned about your specific practice is destroyed and never reused for anyone else.
How much does it cost?
$349 per provider per month, billed monthly. The first month is free — no credit card required. Annual billing is 10% off. No per-encounter fees, no integration fees, no implementation fees.
How long does implementation take?
Most practices are live the day they sign up. The first paid claim usually lands inside the first week.

Your first month is on us.

We'll show you what the practice looks like after Fluent in the first week. If the math doesn't change, you walk away. No card on file until day 31.
